A: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season. Most couples secure their date 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability.

A: Booking requires a signed contract and a deposit to secure your date. Reach out to check availability and start the process!
Q: Do you travel for weddings?
A: Yes! We are based in the Outer Banks, NC, but are available for travel. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Q: What is included in your wedding videography packages?
A: Our packages typically include full-day coverage, a highlight film, professional audio, and high-quality editing. Custom packages are available to fit your needs.
Q: Can we customize our wedding video package?
A: Absolutely! We offer add-ons like drone footage, extended edits, full ceremony and speech coverage + raw footage or social media teasers.
Q: How many videographers will be at our wedding?
A: Most weddings include one or two videographers, depending on your package and the size of your event. Additional shooters are available depending on your needs or ideas!

Q: How long does it take to receive our wedding video?
A: Our typical turnaround time is 8-12 weeks, but this may vary during peak wedding season.
Q: What is included in the final wedding film?
A: You will receive a teaser & full film - but we also offer social media edits, full ceremony videos, and raw footage add-ons.
Q: Can we request changes to our wedding film?
A: Yes! We include one round of revisions with each package to ensure your film reflects your vision.
Q: How will we receive our final video?
A: Your wedding film will be delivered digitally in high resolution We can also provide USB copies upon request with an additional fee.

A: Yes! We collaborate closely with your photographer and other vendors to ensure seamless coverage of your wedding day.
Q: Do you use drones for wedding films?
A: Yes, we are experienced in drone operations and have FAA certified pilots. Aerial footage can add a breathtaking perspective to your film.
Q: Do you offer raw footage?
A: Raw footage is available upon request as an add-on. Let us know if you’d like access to all the unedited clips from your wedding day.

Q: Do you need a shot list or specific requests from us?
A: We love hearing about any special moments you want captured! If you have any specific ideas, shots or concepts - definitely let us know! If not, no worries. We focus on capturing the natural flow of the day while ensuring the most important moments are documented.
Q: What happens if there’s bad weather?
A: We adapt to any weather conditions, provided comparable replacements where possible and use professional equipment to ensure your film still looks amazing.
Q: Do you mic the couple for vows?
A: Yes, we use discreet lapel microphones to capture clear, high-quality audio for your vows, speeches or any other moments you'd like audio of.
 
Pricing & Payments
Q: How much does wedding videography cost?
A: Pricing depends on the level of coverage and package details. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your wedding day.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes! We can break up payments into installments to make budgeting easier.
Q: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A: Our services are non-refundable, however we are happy to work with you if your wedding date changes, in the event of an emergency or sensitive situation. Cancelation policy will also be located in your contract for your review!
